I think 2 volts is a lot but if it's an older car and older alt it would make sense.

Old school american made power!!! just got this amp in a trade and dont need it. its in kind of rough condition by the mounting holes from the previous owner who was too dumb to know how to screw in a screw

ive never used a vice...
make sure to heat the whole terminal and dont push a foot of solder in the terminal at a time. push in alittle, and keep doing that till its filled

no not really, but if you look around on other sites alot of people have big 3 kits for sale... pm me if your serious and i can sell you some extra terminated 1/0 wire perfect for big 3

In most cases (like mine personally) you are REPLACING the original 3. But in some cases (like the ford focus) If you do not still have the stock terminals and wire the car wont start, so you must ADD onto, not replace.
i did not know this! i was actually working on my sisters ford focus today. what years does it affect? cuz i put in a new batt, grounds but nothing with positive wires yet

U could buy a cheap circular saw for $30 for harbor freight tools. Use a straight edge and 2 c clamps & u could do it yourself
or hit up craigslist... someone always has tools forsale.
you could even just copy paste this post onto craigslist and someone out there probably has decent wood working skills and can do the cuts for you
