im building a box for 2 18's with 3k rms going to each one. i was gonna do a box with a mdf bottom half and the top half be fiber glass so it looks badass. but someone told me it would shatter under the weight and pressure no matter how many layers i have.. is this true? what else should i be concerned about. ive built my share of boxes and work with fiberglass frequently. just not on this scale.

it says u can.. but yeah not linked.. so i dont really see the point in linking them? unless i was just running 1 sub i guess
-
just throwing out ideas.. lol i've always run at 1 or 2 before.

maybe if he uses 4 ga for remote wire hell use 0 gauge for speaker wire and 6 runs of 4/0 for power and ground wire. and its probly like a 200 watt amp LOL GO BIG OR GO HOME!

oh and btw if u wanna find out what ur amps putting out use the formula amps x voltage x efficiency = rms watts. which is about 75% for cheaper stuff. so sayy 13.9 volts with 150A at 75% eff. is 1,563.75 watts

audioque is the way to go. thats what im useing and there awsome for the price . power acustic sucks ive had a few of there amps the older ones were decent but the new ones are not that good. and also kole audio is made by power acustic . i had the kole 5500d and its no were close to rated power. but bump the shit out of it till you can do better . theres nothing wrong with cheap stuff while your learning. ive tryed ever thing trying to save cash and ended up spend more in the long run. but i had fun doing it tho
what this guy said! ^^ very well put.

-
Ohm load is to low causing the amp to thermal protect
On another note, subs turn on?
thats my guess
