i live in northern ny 13658 ive heard of them having comps around here in ogensburg but idk where or when. ima go look up what was said above as far as buying a termlab i dont have the money for that atm so i guess ill just have to ear it just went and looked up all these and seems like there is nothing going on in ny

ik some basics just wondering what the main things you do to build to get loud and can anyone answer how they test in comps also ive looked and looked and cant find a way to find out where the comps are around here and how id get entered in one ima post an add on craigslist

i have a 97 ram with an ap1800 on a single re se 12 in a shitty ported box and this sub slams atleast to me. its running at 2 ohms and voltage is right at 14-15 at full tilt i want to build a box to compete is just something that can get stupid loud ive never even been to competitions so idk how they grade them or if they use a hz test or what so i wana build a box that will get stupid loud at a cirtin hz of thats how they test or i wana build a box that gets stupid loud on music if thats how they test. im not looking for someone to design me a box im just looking for advice

i knew i would have to swap fenders and hood idk i really want this if i end up getting the truck im going for it would be pretty sick do have the first ive seen vids on youtube of a kid that did an srt4 body swap on an 98 neon same concept its not even the headlights and fenders its want more the hood and the grill and front bumper

might be getttng my hands on a 97 ram and ive been thinking about this for a while has anyone done a full front end conversion to make a 97 look like a 2000s ram the grills alot bigger as well as the lights and bumper i think it would be sick ive been pondering the idea but im not sure how to go about doing it thinking just litterally swap front ends not engine and such just the outside metal work

I ordered mine flatwound and it was a dual 1 aluminum. They don't generally do flat by default. Do you know exactly what flat looks like? It does look similiar to round wire. it is squared and flat instead of being round and bumpy if thats the case idk what ima do when i order the recone for my other se this is the only pic i have its kinda hard to tell in the pic but it apears flatwound to me it was smooth not bumpy like other coils ive seen

instead of people saying build another box or w.e id like to just stay on topic please. i have a shitty ported box with one re se 12 its slot ported and tuned to really high like high 40s. the box is a duel box and i have one of the holes borded off im thinking about adding an areo port to where the hole is to lower my tuning what do u guys think wanting to add a 3"x8" long port as far as cost i have no money if i did i would have built the box from the start im not talking about cutting the box just the piece of wood thats covering the whole how do i find out what my tuning would be after adding that port

been running it in a shity ported prefab box ment for to subs put a board with silicone over one of the holes ends up being a lil over 2 cubes tuned to like 47 after the subs in there. been running it on my ap1800 at 2ohms takes it really well box in the back seat of a 98 ram doesnt hit that hard but o well have to build a better box get my neons electrical up and slap it in there
