  1. Alot more research going into this venture will pay off big time in the end. Just trying to get some bump in your ride is understandable, but getting equipment that is going to crap out on you will just piss you off and cost you more in the long run. IMHO

the sony amp is fine had it for about 2 years still works like the day i got it the tnt amp was messed up by a dumbass that didnt know what he was doing and the subs are new and i only paid 65 for them saved about 250 on them so cant complain just need to get a better box then the crap 1s people get from like ebay and shit so all in all its all good i mean when i get to there will be bigger and better stuff but right now im doing low budget

  2. If it was mine, i would do a sealed box using the biggest box possible, 16x38x27, subs firing upward. But thats just me.

i have always done sealed but im trying to see if anyone can come up with some thing that makes it louder but still good for a daily setup i was thinkin if i can do 1 kind of like steve's and john price's but in a smaller scale

  3. How about you post what kind of car, what kind of amp ou using, and how about YOU figure out you max dimensions? Also, specs on the subs. Not tryin to come off as a douche but with that info, we it would be easier to help you out.

1996 GMC Jimmy with a 1,000watt sony amp till i fix my 2,000watt tnt amp but then ill be using both and all 4 subs peak at 1,000 watts each but the space i have is 16" to the top of the seat x 38" from wheel well to wheel well x27" from back of the seat to back tail gate with about 4-6" for extra space between the box and tail gate and u dont sound like a douche its all good i understand
