  1. To gun owners and citizens of America:

As some of you may know I belong to another forum belonging to the calguns foundation a firearms enthusiasts website.

It has come to my attention that are rights are daily violated not only by regular citizens of america but by our own civil protectors "law enforcement" as you may wanna call them, i just tunned into some critical news in my forum which happened in SLO county, located down south. A U.S. citizen by the name of Matt Hart has had his rights violated by so called law enforcement... its a long story so please take a look at the link and check out the videos.

    gun rights violated

    thanks for your support.

mods if this is the wrong section please remove and re-post were required. thanks.

  2. INB4: WRONG FORM/POST COUNT LOW

Wrong Form. READ THE RULES BEFORE YOU POST

Move down one next time. this will probably be moved immediately

Wait, Your post count is too low also.

I dont believe in the wtb section you need certain post count. But yes wrong section.

  3. are you the original owner?

no im not the original owner, im the second owner. I had the carfax info before purchase, but i guess theirs still a possibilty collision happened and never reported.

Are they sure its the body? My dad had an issue with a clunking sound when cornering in his 2000, it was something with the tierods or steering box, something in steering system.

EDIT: Just took another look at the pictures, that does look bad, but verify thats where the noise is coming from.

yes it is the body. I was at the second shop when they raised my tahoe with a HUGE shop lift, every time they lifted my hoe they showed me it was flexing and you could clearly see the clunking was from their, but it wasnt as bad as now, now their is no clunking because it broke loose.

when you said clunking i thought cv joints or axles. that picture is ugly though.

yea i know, im gonna take it to a body shop to reweld that spot.

Never had this happen, that looks bad. I would be real curious to find out whats up there.

im curious myself, why would the body be flexing.

  4. My 2001 chevy tahoe started by making this weird click every time i turned corners, it was a loud metal to metal click. So i took it down to one shop so they can check it out, they found nothing. I then took it to a second shop, they found my body was flexing an uncommon thing. My ride is stock in height and has never been in a collision.

I was planning to install a drop kit, now that i found this problem im concerned of the cituation. Has anybody found themselves in this situation with body flexing or a similiar problem, any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.I have posted some pictures, let me just add this happened to both sides towards the front of the fender.

  5. Call the credit card company and dispute the charges?

thankfully i didnt give out any important credit card info, i used paypal.

2 weeks is kind of a short time to be threatening a lawsuit imo

too me its a long time, my install is on hold, do you know how it feels not listening to bass.

    :werd_msword:

I'd be pissed for sure, but I'd definitely wait it out a little more. Keep filing complaints until you get your shit; make sure to document everything in case it comes down to that.

all important documentaiton is being saved.

Just call them and cancel the order...

i used paypal, not sure if i can still cancel.

  6. More than 2 weeks ago i made some Rockford Fosgate accesorie purchases off of Caraudioxperts.com, i have yet to receive my products. I called them twice to see when my order was going to be shipped and they advised me it was going to be within a week, that was more than 2 weeks ago.I was told my order is being held up because a product i had in the order was not available.I then proceeded to call them a second time a different day and did not get an answer, I then sent them an E-mail friday april the 9th stating where was my damn package at, i have yet to receive an E-mail back. So what should the procedure be if i dont get my merchandise at all, can i report it at some website for consumers or can i file a lawsuit? just to let you guys know everything has been paid for
