I heard adding more woofers in the box can help it play lower. Am I right?

It means, it can play below 30hz without too much drop in SPL. Does it make it muddier to tighter sounding?

I have a sub enclosure design that I will make in the future. I want SPL and deep bass extension, so this is what I came up with For the BTLs, it will have 8.5 cubic feet, as for the Qs, each sub will get .5 cubic feet. What do you guys think? I'm not sure if the Qs will get tuned to 25Hz with just only .5 cubic feet of space though
