so is it best to shave the wite down so it'll fit? or just use two dist. blocks for power and ground? 1/0awg in and 4awg out of the blocks to the amp?

it says 3200x1 @ 1 ohm but everybody knows thats way overrated so i expected around 1500-2000rms @ 1ohm

yep youre right it has dual inputs and the 4awg inputs do look kinda small but i want that 1/0awg current flow for my btl

my fault man my title was wrong i just changed it. vice versa it accepts 4awg only and i got an 1/0awg amp kit just wwanted to know whats the best way to hook it up use blocks or trimm down the wire?

yea i know its a cheap amp but i need some bass so ill have to use it untill i get money for another amp but it wont fit regular so i was saying if i trimmed it down would it defeat the purpose

yea my fault man i did make a typo lol i just fixed it, but my amp accepts 4awg but i didn't know that when i got the amp so i had got an 1/0awg amp kit and i was wondering if i trimmed the wire down a little so it can fit would that defeat the purpose of the 1/0awg wire?

i just got my sub yesterday (fi 15" btl)and i got this temp amp for now its a power acoustik 5500 bamf that only accepts 4awg. it's funny because the inputs on the amp is slanted so it seems like it would be hard to use the 0awg to 4awg reducers. but manly wanted to know if i trimmed down the 1/0awg wire to fit would that defeat the purpose of having 1/0awg? or i should just run two dist. blocks 1/0awg in and 4awg out to the amp?

i mostly listen to rap, but i think my box is tuned a lil high (38hz) so i was gone get the sound stream processor to tune it to hit da lows!!!!

just wanted to know what would be a better ground either to hook up your neg wire to your chasis in the trunk? or to run it from your amp to the front main battery? just a lil short on money and wanted to know the best way to hook up my ground. any suggestions?

what up ppl? i'm just posting this topic to get everybodys opinion on what they perfer when dealing with trunk cars. alot of my friends like da rattle they get from there trunks without fat mat dynamat ect. i like my bass to sound loud and solid. how about you guys? whould you perfer the loud rattle sound or the clean loud solid bass? give me your thoughts!!!!

yea i understand that i wouldn't cut the entire rear deck out, about the same size as my port hole on my box about 10" width and 3" to 4" height
