what about quantom subs? are they a joke or legit

imo kicker is shit yes the amps do rated if not more but they sound like shit
but what i'm asking is is there any non mainstream subs that will hold up but wont cost a arm and a leg

If it's a kicker then it'll do rated even more. Quality equipment always from kicker, just look at the 2500 which often actually gives out 2900 watts.
all i know its part of the kicker family not an actual kicker

my local audio shop owner told me bout this new amp he wants me to test/ demo for him. its a 4000 watt class d nesa amp. i never heard of the brand but he told me its part of the kicker family. i'm also in the market for some subs that arent main stream but will hold up to this amp if its good. any ideas?

I did it in the exact same spot, passenger side floor board. Comes out a preexisting hole in wheel well, zipped tied it up and ran it through the battery.
wonder if the 96 still has that spot. i just went under the firewall threw the hole i drilled and ran it to the back. but if your way is better i'll change it.

And depending on how thick the wire is you could always run the wire under your trim panels.

Tech N9ne - T9X off the Absolute Power cd. The last 1:00 of the Song Sweeps up and down, the last couple of notes hit super low that makes everything Start Flexing like crazy.
Second Song
Telepopmusic - Breathe lol this isnt a song i would normally listen to, but a guy had it playing and said it had no bass, so I put it in mine and turned my epicenter up, The start of the songs gets super loud and deep bass

so you have a 1200 watt amp? if your running 600 per sub thats 1200 watts total from your amp

i will my new amp should be in next week. the subs dont look to bad. high excursion guess'n bout a 3" dvc's i wa running a old eclipse 43230 on them and they hit low.

thanx i'm not super worried if they go but free subs are free sub and i dont wanna go out and by new ones if i dont have to. i really hopen to find out if the 600 is max or rms

but can i run that planet audio on them? a friend hooked up a first gen memphis 1500d on them and they didnt smoke and first gen memphis is better than planet audio. so should i be safe if i dont wail on them?

i hope not i just ordered a new amp.a planet audio bb 1400.1 they are a long throw sub. what throws me off they are suppost to be compition subs.
