Twizted got me to wondering if my camera on 30 FPS would show the full 30 fps. (fps = frequency)

I set my camera on 30 FPS for this test (it'll do 60 fps) and it looks like it may have started to run the oscillations together about the time my frequency meter hit 28 hz so almost as advertised, surprisingly.
