  1. alright so eighty grit it is, and cool i don't have to worry about bracing top to bottom, what about front to back(depth)? and when you said it was a good idea to brace port, did you mean through the port or from enclosure wall to port?? lol i confused myself on that one. oh and im set on calculating the displacement. thx bro really appreciate your help.

  2. alright sir guess i wont input that displacement into torre's calculator.

also sorry to bring it back up but i have more questions :peepwall: ,

    1. when sanding whether it'd be edges or cutout holes what grit should i use???

    2. when applying dowel bracing do you screw it down lol or how do you do it for it to stay in place??? caulk, wood glue?? and if im doing an enclosure with a port in the middle when doing the dowel bracing would i also use a dowel from enclosure wall to port wall??? that wouldn't put pressure on the port wall would it??? idk just a thought probably doesn't...

    3. displacement of a 1 inch dowel would be (ex. I'm using a 1 inch dowel 3.14x.5x.5xL right??? or am i completely off?)

  3. alright guys so I've got four questions here,

    1. how big do 45 degree corners have to be, like does the height/width matter?, I've seen some that just do little wedges in the corners to others that place a piece of mdf like this

    http://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb107/s13driftfiend/014.jpg

top left corner big piece of mdf, other two look like wedges.

    2. how do you reinforce your box with resin and glass mat?, does the resin go first, glass mat second then another cover of resin??? and what do you apply the resin with?

    3. where would one buy 29oz glass mat? I've seen topics regarding that, they post links to the sites but once on the site i get lost and don't know what to look for.

    4. what can i use to round off corners/edges?

sorry if the questions have already been asked but i couldn't find much help searching through the posts. well any info will be greatly appreciated.
