  2. damn i can't imagine what it'll be like once i get 2 level 3 15's. i know i'm gonna have em sealed but i'll be putting like 2000-2400 watts rms to em so they are probably gonna slam hard as fuck.
  3. 4 ohms and they will be powered by and old kenwood amp that puts out 400 watts rms per channel
  4. i wasn't wanting to build an enclosure i wanted to replace the woofers on my cerwin vega's because i want to keep the towers instead of throwing them away. good idea though i might try that with some 15's.
  5. Ok i have 2 cerwin vega d-3 speaker towers and they are from 1985 so i'm needing some new woofers because these don't slam like they used to. they have 10 inch woofers and i was wanting to put some subs in that will slam hard off of about 200-300 watts rms. each speaker cabinet is 1.75 to cubic ft tuned to 34 hz.my price range for a pair of 10's is about $70-$130
  6. ok i know that no one like s versus forms but i was just kinda curious on which one will slam harder. the 2 lvl 3 15's will have 1200 watts rms going to them in a 6 cubic ft box tuned to 34 hz and the lvl 4 xl 18 will have 1200 watts rms going to it in a 6 cubic ft box tuned to 34 hz.
  7. I have a dc audio lvl 3 and i was wondering what i need to make it slam as hard as possible. if i put a lvl 4 coil on will i be able to put 1500 watts rms??
  8. what the hell was that supposed to be? i know where the fi audio website is i was wanting to buy some used subs at a cheaper price.
