  1. When the car is started, the amp is getting 14.8V sitting with the key in the on position were getting 12.?V

    We tried another amp that has been thru 2 cars of mine and it also did not work... The remote wire has a solid connection in the amp and in the back of the headunit. The power wire is good and the ground seems good. At this point Im kind of lost, Ive never had this much trouble with an amp...

  2. All brand new equipment, got everything installed and went to turn it on and the amp isnt receiving power.

    Car--

    2000 Chevy Cavalier

    Equipment--

    Audioque AQ1200D

    Clarion CZ501 headunit

    KnuKonceptz 4ga Amp kit

    All fuses are good, all connections are solid. Could the amplifier just be bad??

    Trying to get this solved as quick as possible so we can be playing TONIGHT!!!

    Hertz es200 all day long

    I've had nothing but bad luck with hertz i returned 3 300d that had faulty positive tinsel leads

    and i blew up the ep1d 1000 watt class d amp 3 times. i got the audio shop here to take back the amp back

    and gave me a jl 1000/1 for an extra $650> Anyway i say no to hertz i dont want anymore head aches.

    so far im leaning towards the sundown sa-8 and rockford fosgate's P2D2-8 and i still dont know ho much a dc level 2 8 would be????

    and do you guys think this set up is hairtick worthy???

    If youre looking to do hairtricks and be a ground pounder I would take the SA8 or DC lvl2 8 over the RF P2 8. The DC lvl2 8 is around the same price as the SA8.

  4. I can download it, I just dont really understand what to do with it.... And Im going to be building the box with somebody who knows what they are doing.

    Basically I want a sketch up deal with measurements... So I can build the box when I order my sub.
