  1. IMO.. off brand of audiobahn, i had two 12" audiobahn SVC 1100 watt subs being bridged off of a 1000 watt California profile amp, those subs cracked the back window in a 90 geo storm i had.
  2. Well i know audiopipe isn't too bad, my neighbor has a 15" audiopipe hooked up to a MTX mono block amp and a square rockford cap, that shit bangs in his jeep.
  3. These 10's slam so much harder then my 12's though i mean its a HUGE difference, i have two 12" old school eclipse subs in a slot ported box, subs are 600watts peak SVC @ 8ohms
  4. Wasn't the one you suggested a mono block? Is boss any good with their amps or am i wasting my money? Can i run dual 8ohm 12's off of that amp, its stable 600w @ 4ohms.
  5. Even the way the subs are wired right now the lights dim, i blew one 30 and two 25 amp fuses today... I need to figure this out on a some what budget. Im debating on just throwing my 12's back in there and selling these 10's.
  6. http://a248.e.akamai.net/pix.crutchfield.com/ca/learningcenter/car/subwoofer_wiring/2DVC_4-ohm_2ch.jpg When i have my speakers ran like this, the amp cant power the subs.
  7. Also keep in mind these subs are rated at 1000Watts peak, 350 RMS here is a little bit more detailed specs on them. Watts MAX. Music Power 1000 Watts Watts Nominal Power Handling 350 Watts Frequency Response 18 ~ 600Hz Sensitivity 87dB Ohm Rating D2: (1 or 4 ohm) D4: (2 or 8 ohm)
  8. For something that serious i would need to invest in a battery and cap for it.
  9. When i had them wired like that, my lights dimmed HELLA bad it was awful, the amp barely pushed the subs wired like that.
  10. What kind of amplifier would you guys recommend in the price range of 100-150$?
  11. That is the wiring diagram on the subs... the amp has 2 wires coming off of the + and 2 wires coming off of the negative. one wire for each terminal on the back of the box.
  12. OEM fuse was 30, i just put a 25 in there and turned it up, it hasn't blown yet.
  13. http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Products/CarAudioVideo/Subwoofers/Champion/TS-W257D2|D4?tab=B those are the subs and they are the D4 model, i just looked. http://www.amazon.com/Pyramid-PB738GX-Channel-Mosfet-Amplifier/dp/B001588ISC/ref=sr_1_12?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1278463844&sr=8-12 That is the amp pushing the subs.
  14. I have a wire going into one positive then a joint wire running to the other positive, then i have a negative going in one terminal and a joint wire running to the other negative. I"m pretty sure they are DVC 4-ohm not positive i could take a look and see though. When i ran them in parallel the amp wouldn't even power the subs they would barely burp.
  15. I have a pyramid 1000 watt 2-ch amp. I have 2 10" 1000 watt DVC champion series pioneers bridged off of the amp, when ever I turn it up to a certain point the fuse blows. Is this my subs? or my amp not being able to handle the ohms?
