wat would u say about a 18" fi Bl

ok so i LOOOOOVEEEE lows and i was wondering wat a nice pair of subs or a single sub would be good for lows. i wanna spend about 300-350$ on a pair or on 1 sub. SQ needs to be decent but not like amazing. its going in my trunk. EDIT: I can only fit 1 18", 1 or 2 15"s, 2-3 12"s and 4-6 10s

ok so my front right tire is wearing on the inside alot and ive gone through 2 tires because of this so far. and i was wondering wat could be causing this. and my back right tire has one massive bald spot on it like someone pulled the ebrake and just sat there burning out. wat could cause this

1 last question. do i really need to take the subs out of the box to find there ohm? or can i use the push terminals in the back of the box since they r connected anyways edit: ide be using a dmm...

If they're bridged in parallel, they are currently running 2 ohm. yea but someone who has experience with these amps says that these amps dont last long if u run em at 2 ohms bridged. so ima prolly stop running it like that i wouldnt even let it turn on like that again. the amp isnt rated to run at 2 ohms bridged(mono) i would just run each mtx on its own channel then set the 3rd sub on the shelf for now just in case something happnes to one of the mtx's im going to take the mtxs out of the box i have em in and find out if they r 4 ohms or 8 ohm here in a few hours. if they r 4 ohms ima put the pioneer on the shelf. but if they r 8 ohms would my idea work?

so even if i have seperate wires running from both subs and they dont meet untell they reach the amp they r still running at 2 ohms bridged? ok i think i got this figured out now... if the mtxs r single 4 ohms then i can only hook them 2 up to seperate channels but if they r single 8 ohms i can wire those down to 4 ohm and hook them up to 1 channel and hook my pioneer up to the other channel since its a single 4 ohm. am i right? if im not please tell me edit: if u dont understand wat im saying ill draw it out for u on paint of something

ok that makes sence now... so there is prolly no safe way to run 3 svc 4 ohm subs on 1 2 chan amp?

ok so... if i have both mtxs bridged right now on the same channel is that bad or something?

they're 4 ohms and i have them both bridged on the same channel atm cuz when i got the amp it only had 2 screws for the terminals but i got 2 more so ill prolly fix it in the morning.

isnt it really bad on the amp to have 2 subs wired to 2 ohm and the other 1 to 4 ohm on the same amp?

they r all 3 single 4 ohm unless i read wrong on the pioneer. cuz right now i have the 2 mtxs hooked up and i have the gain all the way down cuz i neerely blew em already and i havent even had em for 24 hours yet ok so the rockfordfosgate website says ide have to wire em down to 1.34 ohms which i know my amp cant handle but i was thinking, if i hook up the 2 mtxs to the same negative and positive and the pioneer to the other negative and positive would that work?

actually... i looked everywhere for this amps specs... every site said 1100w max and thats it... ive been looking for a good 5 hours... and now im trying to ask for some help so i dont blow anything i just got, i dont see y u guys cant just gimme an answer, its a yes or no question

ok so i found some specs for the amp i just baught, Interfire IB2900C Max Power 1100W Peak Power @ 2 Ohm Stereo: 550 x 2 RMS Power @ 4 Ohm Mono 550 x 1 RMS Power @ 2 Ohm Stereo 350 x 2 RMS Power @ 4 Ohm Stereo 225 x 2 so when it says mono, does that mean 1 sub only? and when it says stereo it means 2 subs? im kinda new to car audio and im learning as i go. and then ide like to know how i would hook my subs up to the amp. i have 2 12" mtx thunder 5000 t5124 RMS 250 Watts Max 500 Watts and i have a 12" Pioneer TS-W302R RMS 50-150 Watts Max 800 Watts would i be able to hook all 3 subs up to that amp? or would it be bad for the amp THEY ARE ALL 4 OHM SUBS

if i have 2 single 4 ohm subs and i hook them up to my amp i can just hook them up + to + and - to - and the amp will be powering them at 4 ohms right?

im not saying ill never switch it out for 0g. its just temporary tell i get some more money
