idk. when i built my box i built it to the specs recommended by rf because i listen to all kinds of music on my system, not just rap. and i also asked him what he was lookin for out of his system and he said he wants it to be loud. but i mean it probably wont be too loud tho but its what he wants.

well i kinda figured that but he doesnt really care about music quality all he cares is about how loud it is. thats why i figured if i go a little bit bigger itll be what he wants. what would u recommend the tunage to be? jl doesnt say anything about tunage but it gives the port dimensions.

so yea today i took his sub out to take a look at it and its a 15w0. as i said tho he isnt too familiar with car audio and the boy that sold it to him thought it was a w6.
but thanks for the input guys but what im wantin to know is how many cu. ft the and the tunage of the box. what would yall go with if it was you? hes only got one sub and its goin in the trunk of an accord. jl reccomends the box to be 3.5 ft. cu. so i was thinkin maybe 4 ft. cu.

that doesnt help here. i know another guy on the forum had 6 inverted in a ported wall and wasnt too impressed with them.

have any of u ppl had any experience with these subs? my friend has one and he has no clue about makin boxes and stuff and not to mention he has no manual for it. what im wonderin is what was the best enclosure designs as in cu. ft and tunage? any input is apreciated! ive looked on jl's site but im still wantin input from someone with experience on them.

i say we all forget about the whole cd thing or even gettin anything in return cz this isnt what this thread is supposed to be for but instead for helpin out our fellow smd family in a time of need.

he wouldnt be selling there music, he is going to give the cds to the ppl that donate money, im not all to sure about the legalities of the situation, and im not sure where u could find that kind of information, unless u would call a recording company or somthing...
he said in the first post that he was thinkin of sellin mix tapes. i say u(meade) if u decide to do somethin with cds just surprise the donors with them and not say anything on the internet about it then u wont really have any problems.

i dont think its legal to sell other ppls songs even on if its a mix but if the sellin part is the problem then just send a free cd to the ppl who just happen to donate for the cause.
