  1. I need to find me a dealer that is willing to work out a reasonable price or company sponser for 4 of those bad boys in the 15" size. Right now the FI Q is the reasonable option for me unless I win the lotery or inhearit some mad $$$. But I would in a second rep those XXX and cover my truck in RE stickers and decals if RE cut me a deal. Livin in a dream world back to reality!

  2. In the April 07 issue of Car Audio and Electronics They did an artical where they used the 12" XXX and ran it off a Zapco C2K9.0. On the subjuctive score chart it scored a 91 out of 100.

    SPL @ 80Hz 98.5db, @ 40Hz 97.1db, @ 20Hz 93.5db, Max SPL 132.7db

The Conclusion Quote From Eric Holdaway!

I had a great time listening to the RE Audio XXX 12D2. It makes all the sounds I want to hear out of a subwoffer. It was tight, fast, clean and imaged perfectly. The downside of the XXX is that it is BIG, heavy, expensive brute of a subwoffer. RE has gone for the gold with their XXX line of subwoffers, and I have to say that they've earned it. This subwoffer did a great job on every type of music I threw at it. It was supple and fathful on classical, jazz and other acoustic recordings, and it was completely off-the-hook loud and pounding with any type of rap, R&B and dance music. It's almost sad that this subwoofer is $1299. The price will limit how many people will get to experience this super sub and thats unfortunate. Hopefully the technology that RE Audio has used to create the XXX line will trickle down over the next year or two, making this sound available to all enthusiasts.

  3. Hay Phil!

I have a 1997 Chevy Subburban 1500. I'v got 22 inch rims! I would like to bag it. Not hopping fast but a nice, clean, quick, front back side to side set up. let me tell you now there is no room inside for the set up so it would all have to go under. What would you recomend and what kind of $price$ am I looking at to have you guys instal it?

Thanks for your time in advance.

    David

  4. Alot of you guys in here seem to dislike the earthquake! I have heard several mulitple woffer set ups with the 5K, 800w & 600w Quake amps and all of them were knockin! I agre that the relability of the company may be lackin but, out of everyone that I know that has ran one in there system there has been minimal complants! just had to give my 2 cents.

  5. "Flipping down the seatbacks on the second row reveals the two boxy Zapco C2K-4KW 300x4 amplifiers bolted at the midgate like two burly bouncers guarding the entrance to the proverbial rabbit hole. Look further into the inside of the huge enclosure that occupies the entire cargo bed, but not for too long or you might walk away blind, deaf, and maybe crazy".

Thats my favorite part. "The rabit hole" "Walking away Blind, deaf and maby crazy"!

Every time I look at it I see something I over looked the last time i looked at it!
