No like the one in the picture above. A flared port it was I meant but what I'm asking is do I include the flare with the port length?

I'm trying to design a new box and I'm wanting to do a square aero-port but I want to know when I'm calculating the port length do I include the aero length also? Or is the same as an circular aero-port where the aeros aren't included? I assume that it's the same idea.
