  1. okay so im about to change things up a lil in my system. i wanna recone my fi sub and put a 4inch coil in it now that they offer it on there site. i was wondering since its fully loaded and with the 4 inch coil, how would it hold up as a DD with the audioque 2200d? i know how to set the gains properly.

With proper electrical and clean power , it should slam man :good:

Is it an Fi BTL? Or Fi BL?

it is a fi bl fully loaded but on fi's site they now have the option for the bl's to have a 4inch coil instead of the standard 3 inch, i belive the 4inch holds more power. im running it with a t1000bd and it seems to want more power lol

Yeah it'll def take more power, audioque 2200 would be nice. you should check out the sundown 2k also. you running that sub at 1 ohm?

Although yours are the sx, could be less.

  4. Ya ok that's what I was thinking. If it was my build I don't know enough bout inverting it to feel safe about it honestly where if I could get enough space in there with out going inverted I would do that first then research inverting better if it came down to it. My opinion only. :D

True...thanks man. I would rather not have a LVL 5 motor sticking out anyways. I'm going to take measurements of my trunk see what I come up with. I think I need 3.75 cubic feet for a 15?
