Before you guys flame on me and suggest I go ported, please understand that space is going to be an issue for my trunk. It is going to be a Lexus GS Sedan. I am going for sound quality, but would like to get loud as well. The amp that I will be using will be a single Rockford T25001BDCP.
Should I get 2 15" Fi Q, each in their own individually sealed 1.75-2cft box, or
a single 15" SP4(not sure how good they sound) in a sealed 3-3.5cft box?
OR even 2 12" Fi Q each in a 1.5-2cft sealed?
I know these volumes for the 15" Fi Q are below recommended, but I have no choice.
Any tips would be great.

Blown MOSFET's I think.
Means you need amp repair.
yeah that what it is. Will replacing this part repair the entire amp?

Don't some amps kinda screech when they go into protect? The magic smoke didn't escape did it?
I opened the amp and found out that 2 of these small chips has solder that is burnt. These chips are attached to the heatsink fins.

most likely fried
can this be fixed besides taking it to repair or JL?

my JL 1000/1 amp was working fine until suddenly it stopped working and producing screeching-humming sounds through my subs. I took a look at the amp and i noticed that the Low Ohm light was on. I disconnected everything besides the power wires and the low ohm light is still on. Also the amp is producing a slight humming sound as well. What is the problem? How much would it cost to get this fixed?
Can't decide...2 15" Fi Q or 1 15" SP4 or 2 12" Fi Q (All sealed)

So you guys think that 2 12"s will sound better and louder than 2 15"s in the same enclosure(~1.75 per chamber) with the same amount of power?
