well the problem is its seized and it wont move. even when i try to move it it doesnt move or it is very hard to move.

alright one of my subs is blown and idk if i should keep it and just have it laying around. throw it away. or is there a place that will take it from me for some cash? its a l5 12" newest model. maybe if someone on here wants it. ifk

yes 1 farad = 1000 watts is a good base to go by.... just to answer your question....

Do the big 3 before that cap. If you are getting very little drop and dimming the simple big 3 could probably fix that issue.
i was thinkin about doing that. does it really make that big of a diiference?
and the hc600. whats its rating?

how many watts can a 2 farad cap handle? i've heard that 1 farad=1,000 watts. and whats a good cap brand.

i can make it up to 18" tall and that would be 8.5 cube and if wanted i could build into my back seats. unless u think those 2 12 aq subs will be louder

yeah that thing would output barely enough power for one. what voice coils are your subwoofers? this is pretty important if you want the right amp...
i havent ordered em yet. i can get either. what would u recomend.
but i was thinking about the dual 2ohm

i got 2 kicker l5 12 and was going to get a power acoustik 2200. is that to big?

the guy would say do u want an in line fuse anl agu ect... but after i got the anl i havent blown it and its a lower rating than the other ones i been getting.

oh. well everytime ive gone to an audio shop they say u want an inline fuse or some other fuse names.

i wouldnt use an inline fuse. i would go with a anl fuse. they are better and wont blow as much

idk circuit breakers can be good and cant be good. stay with fuses maybe go a little bit higher amps
i blow fuses all the time. and i got my systems checked over by a local shop. i got 2000 watts on a 80 amp fuse.

id say get the aq 1200. heard nothing but good things on it. the 2200 is alittle big for what your running. but you can always turn it down. kicker makes a solid amp but are expensive. my vote goes to the 1200.
Alright, when i get money i will get those. but for now i gotta stick with this nitro lol. maybe ill make a before and after vid.

haha no seriously though, big how so? like power wise? at 2 ohms that amp should output around 1000-1200 at 2 ohms or so, so it should be perfect.

Ha, I will once i get money for a new one. i just had to buy a new HU because my last one was stolen =/ left the subs tho =). Kicker amps are expensive tho arent they?

the subs a good 3-4 years old. i dont think im clipping the amp is only half way and i dont have my radio turned up to max. but what do i kno.
well i had a 2k amp hooked up to them for a little bit and their only rated at 600 rms each. prolly the problem
