hey guys im currently working on building up a system for my new car. so far i have an fi q 15, audison lrx 1.400, and audison lrx 4.300. im currently having problems choosing what speakers to go in as im fairly new to mids/highs. ive been looking at hertz hsk165xl and focal k2kr but dont know how my setup would work. my amp does 65x4 at 4ohms, 105x4 at 2ohms, or 210x2 at 4ohms. im not sure whether or not to run passive or active either. any help appreciated! all this is going in a 2011 camaro without the premium sound package.

[My Little 8 lvl 2 Review]

after getting my 8's in last night, I have played them hard for a total of around 3 hours. I have a pair wired to 1.5ohms (the coils read 1.5 ) on a 1.2k. They have not gotten warm at all, in fact they stay cold. I know the rms is 600 watts, but damn, they are impressive, should have got d1's to get more power out of the amp. Can't wait to get them in their proper boxes.

Once again, huge thumbs up from me. DC never ceases to impress.
