  1. so turn the switch to HP filter, dial in the knob to around 70hz , and should i turn the LP filter know all the way up or down, or does it get de activated when the switch is turned to hp filter ?

    once you set the switch to HP the LP knob shouldn't matter

  2. because LP is for SUBS low frequencies and HP is for high frequencies for tweeters and mid range speakers

    A high-pass filter(HPF) is a device that passes high frequencies and attenuates (i.e., reduces the amplitude of) frequencies lower than its cutoff frequency.

    High pass means "from here up" Low means "from here down" The slope is how fast it stops the choosen frequency. It's not like building a wall.

    would i be needing the CC-1 if i have a digital eq / digital crossover already ????
