  1. I would have told him that his employees shit was weak, and if ur box was gonna sound like that then $800 is crazy, build ur own, just get the MDF cut at the lumber yard most places do it for free...since u already have dimensions

Around here it would cost u around $300-$350

  2. Probably is a ground problem.....My Grand Cherokee is mostly made of plastic, lol. Also all the seat belt brackets and exsisting bolts have some kind of sealant/Taffy like stuff around them. Maybe Ill Check all my Grounds tomorrow. I hope thats all it is. The speakers sound great Turned up, I just dont want that noise there when I first turn my Jeep on or if Happen to be driving with out Music. And if its not the grounds Ill have to run a RCA from the sub out on the deck and try that I guess.

so u mean u have ur system grounded at the seat...if so that is probably ur problem...just a guess

  3. EXACTLY...I am not going to fuck with something that takes forever. You don't do business that way. I don't care if it is worth the wait. I would rather go over to anothe company that makes their alternators practically just as good but with better customer service. World of difference. I am going to look into EA.

Actually I read somewhere on here that the EA alts have a better idle output...idk of thats the truth but that is just what I read... :)

  4. you have a good point there.

instaling another battery will put more stress on the alternator wont it? which really wont solve my problem will it?

dont think that one extra batt would kill ur alt, but if u do get an extra batt try to get one close to the cca's of the one under ur hood

NEVER,NEVER PUT A CAP ON UR SYSTEM, HO alt or more batts is all u need, a 200 amp alt and a good batt u should be fine :)
