it could possibly quite a few things in your situation...i usually run those amps on a fifty to sixty amp fuse with no issues..unless your cars electrical sucks completely i would almost immediately rule out voltage issues blowing the fuse..an improper ground could cause the fuse to blow...clipped signals could as well...unless the installers you have available are complete knuckleheads they should be able to solve this problem no sweat

and the phase selection 0 or 180 degrees has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with you blowing fuses...i would explain its purpose but it offers no regard to this situation

No dont upgrade any amps until you get the electrical to back that up..they're are getting louder as you drive because you're amps are barely getting the power and at idle your amps are not making near any power and is loss to heat pulling that much current causing you to blow those fuses...get an HO alt.

I personally have never ran a ground from my front batt to my rear batt I just always used a short ground straight to the frame and Ive never had a problem ....I could've been wrong all these years and if any of you guys call me on it please explain why the ground from the front batt to the rear is necessary

It's better but its fine to not run a run of wire to the rear batt if funding dont offer it...the ground at the back will do.
