holy moly u really did kut the truck....its on now....well i did some kuttin myself...i banged the metal in my shock towers and that gave me an extra inch and i kut my seats..actually the armrest so more of the bass is not trapped in the trunk..i have a 10wide x 17high hole that looks pretty good in my back seat...so i say that to say this....when u start kutting up the ride u get louder...loli already told you its not that simple. Seriously, im gonna be nice when i say this. STOP, you dont know what your talking about. If you disagree, please show me a 2001 body style you have done, that incidently has a roll pan. Please bro, SAVE your advice, i dont need it. I got it under control.
also, do you think i give a fuck about the "hole sale" value of a 9 year old truck that has already given its sole to car audio? Lots of people cut up cars worth far more then this thing. Do you think when i go get my next car im trading this in? Even when i get my next car, im keeping this so no need to lose sleep over what i do to the value, of my older body style SUV.

will 2 3000's give more power running at 1.4 ohm each than 1 soundstream xxx6500 at .7 ohm?
the soundstream is rated at just over 4k at 13.5v at 1ohm and the 3000's have been tested at just under 3300 at 1.14 ohm (actual impedence) at 12.1 v
so at the same voltgae will the sundowns do quite a bit more power? i,m guessing maybe 1k more between them

let me tell u this...2 1500d's @ .7 each... imho after testing in my friends sentra ...is just as loud as 2 xxx6500'd and thats on 16v setup...so that should tell u something right there...with 2 1500d's my teammate can do 158's sealed up with 2 xxx6500's he can do low 159's...
so to answer ur question....HELL YEA u will be louder with 2 3k's vs 1 xxx6500.....the real main reason...the 3k's is a WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY more effiencent amp than the 6500...so with 2 i stil think u will be more efficient than tht 1 juice suckin power robber...lol

OMG..I JUST HEARD 4 2000'S WITH 4 NS15'S IN A PORTED WALL (19CUBES WUNED TO 35HZ WITH 260 SQUARE INCHES OF PORT) ALL THAT IN A 08 PATHFINDER.....OMG ITS FU.CKING INSANE....THE LOWS IS RE MARK ABLE.....I CANT BEGIN TO EXPLAIN THE BASS THAT WAS COMMING OUT OF THERE......EASILY LOUDER THAN 6 L7 15'S IN A SEALED WALL WITH 3 AUDIOPIPE 3500D'S ( PREVIOUS SETUP THE OWNER HAD)

i had a sea1000d on my 2 re se's and i was bass racing in the 139.9 class
and in usaci i was in sb2 and taking home first and second all last yr with the same setup burping 144.5 at the kick with door open and playing music at 143.7keep in mind i was doing all of that under 40hz
so a 1200d with 2 re se 12's.....that will be one hell of a setup

that was a easy design and build....it came out great
