If u looked at my last thread I asked which door panel looked better in curves and driver door won! And I already got workin on the passenger door to look like the driver here's the process:
You can find better pics here:
So now I wanna know what color I should stick with it buy??
I might buy the original GM stock tan/neutral spray paint or the following
Passenger color:

Alright then Im getting a pair!

honestly the most good is comming from the upgrade in the wire size the material of the actual 1/0 reducer wont really make much of a difference in this application. i would go with what your personal prefrence is really. stinger makes some nice 1/o to 4 guage reducers for 8 bucks shipped each on ebay.
Soooo...should i get the adapters or not...?? R they worth it??
-
So I guessing obviously from the price the gold is better then?

0-gauge to what? I'm assuming 4-gauge for that JL amp in your sig.

Those should both get the job done. One silvery, one gold-y.
Damn man!! Perfect! Yes it's for my JL amp! Perfect! EXACTLY what I was looking for! Haha wow where did u find it in the knukonceptz site???? I was looking all over that site for it! Thanks man!

Another thing! In my chemistry class I learned that silver was the BEST conductor of electricity there is. Is that true??

Well I mean like I have 0 gauge wire and an amp that only accepts 4 gauge. Can I get an adapter to make the 0 gauge fit? Cuz ie seen like these tips that kinda look like nipples that go on the wire end ad the other end is smaller so it fits in the 4 gauge slot
Nipples :yahoo: :clapping:
Yessss!! Nipplays! Haha

So red power all the time and white and black switch power??
-
oh in that case no. Sorry bro i didnt know you were doing that. Yea you just need the pink and black/white wire. the pink will always have +12v of current the whole time while the black/white one will be the wire that controls how fast the spark will fire at. let me know how the experiment works, im curious what you are doing with it.
edit: this page of the article i attached earlier may be very useful for you. http://easyautodiagnostics.com/gm_misfire_diagnostic/ignition_misfire_tests_5.php it tells you how to test and prove whHats happening to the whole thing and how it should work.
Ok sweet thanks! And how do I plug the black white wire to then? What would do such a thing? And I'm trying to do a flame thrower exhaust and I'm gonna use this as my second coil and idk how to plug it in..cuz I had this one laying around.
-
Ok. But I'm not actually plugging it into the car. It's for an experiment. I just wanna know what I NEED to plug in to make it work.
-
re-read it. look at my second post. That post is in reference to the 3 wires you have going on your ignition coil.
Thanks. But I don't understand what that means..
-
So the white wire isn't necessary?? And what exactly is the white and black then?? I'm compoosed...
-
I have this coil and plug. Need to know what each wire is for. Can someone help out please! First wire on the left is black/white, middle wire is all white, and last on the far right is red. This is off a 96 suburban. Please help!
-
Sweet!! So they r crossovers!! Yes!!
-
I can actually see the pictures now, I don't think those are x-overs because there is no buttons/knobs to adjust anything on them.
Damn....what could they b then?
-
Looks like a transducer. Mostly used for gone audio, you mount it under a couch or chair and it vibrates to replicate/supplement the feeling of bass.
Edit. What Kranny says makes more sense. He's probably right. A transducer wouldn't have so many inputs
Hahahaha seriously!? Haha that's funny! Would they put that in a Mercedes Benz back in the day??? I hope they r crossovers instead haha.
Which custom door panel color looks better!????
