well, i dont compare to you other real ground pounders, but around where im at im the loudest and lowest in my town haha, but today was my first day with my system installed, and wow, i broke my Rear View mirror off my window today, and shook my door panel loose hahah also, i was in my yard messing around with some songs, and my cousin was sitting in my Mazda Mx-3 and it was right beside me, about the same distance as you would be sitting at a red light, with all windows up, and he had mirror flex and steering wheel flex!!! IM LOVING IT!

im running 2 15" RE SX's in my dodge ram, ported to 33hz and they slam! and they sound real nice too, only had them for a day, but so far im in love. but yeah why would you sell HCCA's to go to sxx's? and pick up older SX model instead of the new SXX's i hear the new stuff isn't good

it is DONE! i know the box isn't finished but ive been putting off this build for months for some reason lol, going to upgrade the battery, run 1/0 awg to the amp, and do the big 3. first comp is next month so hopefully i can break in the subs enough by then to compete, and maybe upgrade to a .5ohm stable amp to get the full 2k rms , didnt think about the downfall of buyin D2 subs lol but it sounds AWESOME! one sub is still like brand new and really stiff, so i cant push it to much. but i move hair a bit, steering wheel flex, roof flex, its so sick. tuned to 33hz sounds awesome to me! i can upload videos too! my Flip ultra HD doesn't capture flex too well though :S

time to put seats in, wire it all up, and see how it sounds

EDIT: THANKS TO C.SanchezA for my box design, sorry it took so long! hey guys! finally finished my box for my 15" RE SX subs.. and got my hifonics BRZ2400.1D hooked up. I'm 18 and just started a new job so this will be a slow build as im working ALOT and haven't had much time get on the build or do much else honestly lol but i have the box built so far, about 4ft^3 per sub, biiig port tuned to around 33-34hz. thanks to i think SanchazA? ill re-edit this when i go to my messages lol basically the subs will be getting 850RMS each, i couldnt afford a amp that puts out much more then this hifonics for the price at 2 ohms, or i would have went with a AQ2200 haha, but if my pictures will work ill start showing the build first my truck : my truck is a 1998 dodge ram 1500 extended cab, with the 318 (5.2L) V8 engine. it has a 3" Rough Country lift, with 32" Cooper STT tires. just rolled 260,000km and runs like new. trying to price out some Sound deadener for my truck, as my backseat is ripped right out i have a lot of bare metal that i can easily work with. any help with good cheap deadener would be nice, i hear bad things about peal n seal so i wana avoid that lol uploading pictures to photobucket right now, if theres a different way of uploading pictures let me know!

i have the 2400 hooked up to the cvrs.. dont really notice a difference but im scared to push them right now lol, but sunday im gonna just get it over with and FINISH that box of mine. a buddies dad helped cut them, and thats as far as i got.. but theres a bass comp august and that will be my first one ever so im deciding to get it over with and go to it with my 15's ... can anyone tell me in depth how to reverse mount subs? i want to drop my tunning from 34hz by inverting the subs.. and it looks sexy lol

cause i dont have the tools to build a box and haven't bought a box cause all local shops want 650$+ for a box for my 2 re's...or they would DEFFINETLY be in there..

well screw it , im gonna go hook it up right now, i got the kickers really cheap anyway, and i have 3 other subs ( RE SX 15s and a type R ) in my room incase they blow haha

dont use teh gain on the amp? then what gain am i supposed to use lol

i had my alpine 10" type R on 1000rms before..but i think i might just hook my hifonics to the kickers with gain REALL low, and play from there.. i really just wanna use the bass knob haha

anyone think i could run my Hifonics BRZ 2400.1 at 2 ohms on my 2 kicker cvr 12's? lol it says 1700Rms@ 2ohms.. and i hear the kickers are tought haha this new amp is driving me crazy just sitting here, and i can't find 2 more kickers anywhere right now

yea man i had 4 kickers in my truck for about a week and everyone that saw them just had that jaw-dropping moment.. i deffinetly want that feeling again lol. but yeah man im always on here checkin' things out, this site is the best for everything car audio lol

yeah prefab kicker boxes, my 2 are in the ported kicker boxes and there really loud for what im used to.. which isn't much more then my old Type R 10'' and a buddies RF P1's haha, but im basically the loudest in my town as it is hahaha, but on topic, yes prefab boxes untill i can get around to building a box or afford to buy one for all 4.... or maybe a wall hahah

i would make money selling my 15's and buying another set of kickers, so far my 2 kickers in my truck on 1000 watts is super loud around here lol couple of my buddies wont sit in my truck ( LOL, give it that its a very small redneck town lol ) and everyones was all amazed when i had 4 kicker 12s before.. but i only had 1000watt amp so i sold a pair. and im REALLY leaning towards the 4 kickers just because i would make money back, and 4 subs looks bad ass lol
