hey guys im literally about to order a new amp. im looking to power 2 15" RE SX subs. so 1000rms each, they are dual 2/4 ohm? but anyways. im looking at either a Hifonics BRZ 2400.1 at 344$ it is CEA compliant.. the Power Acoustic BAMF 4000/1D at 241$ with a wiring kit.. the US AMP merlin 2000.. at 414$ its easily the most expensive.. i would want an audioque 2200 but it isn't ready to be bought untill april and im buying an amp like now lol this will be all purchased through Audiosavings.com .. never used the site before but im told its good. so ANY help would be great! the more i can save i will use towards a mids and high amp, and new components in the front, so cheaper is better! EDIT: They are unfortunatly dual 2 ohm subs. not 4

this is an extended cab, im taking out my rear seat to replace it with a 8 cubic foot box, blowthrough would be useless to me , as i own a dirtbike and a trike lol

hey guys ! first off im going to say , this is going to be a slow build..because i only work a mininum wage job, my trucks a pig on gas, and im only 17 for atleast 2 more days so i thought i would attempt to hopefully finish this build within this month to enter the SOTM! my birthday is the 15th and what a birthday present winning SOTM would be ! even though im a complete noob, never built a box or anything before :] but anyways! i recently just bought 2 RE SX 15" subs, wow. what a huuugee difference from my kicker CVR's ! they are beefy! so i am selling my Alpine MRP-M1000, to pick up a new amp hopefully ASAP! BUT , plans are.. 2 15" RE SX in a ported box roughly 8^3 box tuned to 35 hz.. if i can figure out how to tune the box properly! powered by a hifonics BRZ2100.D big 3 and i will be running the system on a huge RV battery i have sitting in my garage, as i said money is an issue more then anything this will be a fun learning experiance pictures will follow as they upload

i have no problem with any brands, just im more on a budget, i work mininum wage and literally just finished school lol

yeah, im buying this stuff with my tax returns. maybe the money from my old amp will go to buying a new alt

well my dads a mechanic, so i should be able to get one no problem.. but i think mines like 110-120amp stock.. its a 1998 dodge ram 1500

rated 2500@ 1 ohms, so idk lol i just need something to do 2000rms and hifonics seems to be cheapest, or a power acoustic BAMF 5500, but im not sure about power acoustic

hifonics HFI2000 is what i was looking , my subs are 1000RMS each, or ill go wit hthe HFI 25000

hey guys, i just recently bought 2 15" RE SX subs, big upgrade from my 2 12" kickers.. but anyways im selling my alpine amp to buy a hifonics, 2000 watt amp off audiosavings. i know i need electrical upgrades, but i have a big RV battery sitting in my garage, i have a dodge ram and i can put it under my hood along with my regular truck battery.. i would run the system off just the RV battery with an isolator, would this keep my voltage pretty good? or should i buy a kinetic battery and specifically what one? im pretty new to a system over 1000 watts lol

you dont drop 2nd Gen rams! i personally own a 98' ram 1500 4x4 and mann there tough, lift em' not drop em'!
