Got a little bit done today. Cut and installed the 3rd baffle inset. I still have to cut and install the port in the box and then I will be glassing the inside of the box tomorrow.

This was my only Black Friday purchase.
Not really sure where I am going to put them but I will figure it out.

Hope this works.
I got my subs in 2 days early so I have to get to work now. Nuff talk now pics!!!Box specs are: 57" wide 24" deep 26.5" tall 16.36ft3 12.22ft3 after displacements
Port is 7.5"H x 26"W x 20"L Tuned to 34.91hz 15.96in2 port per ft3

The big 3 should be your first priority. Next you should get in on the Holiday sale XS Power is having and get a new front battery and probably a decent size one, maybe a 3400, for the rear. For 2500w this should sustain your voltage fairly well. You also need to use 0 gauge wire, 4 gauge will do but you will end up going back later and doing it with 0, so you might as well do it right the first time.
When it comes time to build your box, I would do something around 7-7.5ft3 after displacements since you are only running 2500w to it. You want to go with the bigger box because you are going to be seeing 2k at best after rise out of the Kicker 2500. I would also use 16-18 in2 of port per ft3 and tune 32-35hz.
Thats a little to large imo. Ive never ran a Level 5 but have had an XL 18 and it seemed to like 6-6.5 with about 12-14sq in of port per cube.
Yes the Level 5 and XL are different subs but there not that different.
I would only put the Level 5 in a 5.5-6 cube box if it is going to be getting 4-5000w or more. With him running the Kicker 2500 at 2 ohms, after allowing for rise and possible voltage drop, he will be lucky to get 2000w out of that amp. I would put the sub in the bigger box to allow for greater efficiency with the power he is going to give it. I have had a level 5 in a 5.5 cube box but gave it 5k and it ran great but dont think it would have sounded nearly as good in the same box on 2500w or less.

I cant even begin to understand how children like you choose to be so disrespectful to your elders. When I was growing up, if one of my many brothers or sisters said something cross to my father, they would get a licken right across the face with a corn stock. During the great depression, all was well for our family, we had everything we needed. Of course, it was no paddy walk, we had our daily chores. Up at 4 in the morning, in the bed at 11. When you unload bales of hay and disperse them amongst the cattle, the yarn that is left over can become quite hazardous to the animals if eatin, so we would have to go and pick them up, now this might now seem like nothin, but if you have ever unloaded hay you know that you do a lot of em, so for every bail of hay that we unloaded, we had to pick up the yarn. We usually saved the yarn pickin up for after we unload all the hay, it just made more sense that way. Time consumtion was of no shortage, but we didnt mind we had all day. Plus just being able to help dad with the farm was reward enough for me, but maggie and sue had other plans, you would often find them wonderin around playin games, id have to go over there and whip them with a pipe to make em work again. Milkin cows was something i enjoyed, not because it was fun, but because it was something i was good at. I wasnt good at a lot of things, but i was good at milkin cows so i decided that was one of my favorite activities. When i was young i had often dreamed of becoming a professional milker, but they got machines for that now so now i just sit. and chew.
Im confused. What was the point behind that story?

That is all that was over there so far. Its gay that they make you sign up to even look at anything.
