only wire i had at the time of install was 4ga bullaudio so i used it

thanks i get it now im a lil slow today been one of dose days for me lmaoThe bass and treble have nothing to do with the level of the track you're playing. You can set the bass and treble to preference after you tune with the dd-1.

maybe im saying it wrong
when i put the cd in and hook the dd1 up i then i set everything to 0 and flat hit track 2 that is 1khz i get the clipping light and the signal light dint even come on yet then i change track to 0-5 i get the signal light and clips at 37 now my question is do i set my bass and treble to -5 to match the cd
and yes i did read the book im looking at it now

ok so when i got to retune my radio do i set the bass on the radio to -5 or to whatever i want it to beFlat means '0', not -5.
What HU do you have.

yea i know you got to test it all on flat but when going to retune the hu do i got to -5 bass and treble

i got my dd-1 today and i put the cd in to test the hu i clip right away at 0db track 1 and the dd-1 dont pick up signal so i turn to track 3 -5db and i am picking up signal and no clipping at vol 37 out of 40 now my question is do i set my bass and treble on my hu at -5

i like fedex. ups always drops my packages will never use ups again also i bought a dd1 and got a tracking number yesterday and it post to be here today witch i cant see that as im in calgary alberta canada and its coming from ca but the dd1 never been picked up or dropped off so i dont knowMaybe a daily pick up by fedex instead of having to take them all yourself.
they will charge more shipping charges to pick them up... i know UPS charges the company i work for $5 per package just to pick them up.. i paid $10 shipping for this, having them pick it up would be $15. at least that's how UPS does it dont know about fedex

i dont think steve wants to pay $4 per package or even throw the fee at us. and honestly. fedex charges too much for the slow service they have. ups would charge a few bucks less and deliver it to me the next day fedex takes 2 days from LA to Sacramento

you got to turn your freq all the way up then when the dd1 is hooked up turn the gain up
