well how do i get a boxed tuned to like 32 hz and stuff. and will this all wor with a 96 civics alternator or do i need mroe power

well im new to car audio and i was looking to get a system with nice bump but for around 500- 600 bucks amp, box, subs and all. Its for a honda civic. and yes the battery is tiny so i dont know how much power it can supply. Ive seen those system pushing out 20k+ watts and shit. So i need some help on chooinsg this stuff and well a new car battery or extras wouldnt hurt.
