What an awesome tool, props to you guys!
Thanks man! We are finding new uses for it every day

Just a quick video to demonstrate one more use of the IM-SG. Everyday it seems we find something around here that the IM-SG is useful for. Also, a new product from D'Amore Engineering in video!

Playing around with (4) AF-15s in Juan's altima. Boxes are 1.18 cubic feet sealed each, that's it! The drivers are getting 250w-275w each only!

Sweet! Thank you for the tip! Doing it now
-
Thank you for the great review! We use ours several times a week here too it seems.

More updates to our website complete. 8 inch subwoofer AF-8 specs added. Weather page now broadcasting in full 720p HD. Click the live view for 720p view!

How well would these work in a home audio setup?
The 12 and 15 would work great

You say medium sized ported boxes nut do you have any box recommendations or are they still in the works?
Box recommendations for each subwoofer can be seen on the page for that woofer. Click on the small picture of the subwoofer to get to it's dedicated page. Here is a direct link to the 12" page http://damoreengineering.com/af-12.html

The aluminum cone and dust cap absorb heat from the voice coil and dissipate it into the air

The pre-order discount is free shipping

At the moment it is single 4 only, dual 4s are in the works

We are proud to announce our entry into the subwoofer market. We are on pre-order right now, they will be shipping by Oct 15th.
The AF (Alta Fedeltà) series of woofers have been optimized for very small sealed or medium sized ported enclosures. They were designed for the highest sound quality in the smallest space. All of the drivers in this series feature:
- • Aluminum cones, aluminum dust caps, and aluminum voice coil formers for maximum heat transfer from the voice coil to the cone. This helps keep the voice coil cool during high output.
- • Rubber surround for long life
- • Tinsel leads woven through spider to minimize unwanted mechanical noise and increase durability
- • Single 4 ohm voice coil to minimize moving mass and lower distortion
- • Triple shorting rings to minimize distortion
- • Nickel plated binding posts
- • Each driver individually tested before it ships
- • Detailed Speaker Performance Report with T/S parameters FOR THAT SPECIFIC DRIVER ships with each unit. (An industry first) Sample Performance Report
All the info you could want here:

Who can I contact to get a new CD? The one I have has somehow warped and keeps hitting the lenses in my CD player, which does not pick up the disc.
If you would like a new original CD mailed to you send an email to [email protected] with your info and we will take care of you

If someone can confirm this, or tell me it's wrong, then that would be awesome!
Anyways, I think I read somewhere that the Fs (free air resonance frequency) of the speaker is where it's impedance is the highest. This means that at that frequency it will hardly need any power to move the cone. So even though the amp really is barely putting out any power at those frequencies, it can still move the cone without issue.
This only applies to the speaker sitting in a free air environment.

I sure will make a video of the sine waves from both.... As soon as mine gets here....
Any damn day now......
Lol
Check out the signal from a old Rockford IM-1... pretty rough.
-
Many amplifiers that are bridgeable have the signal on the Left + terminal and Right - terminal.
-
Audio not needed.
Stay tuned. As this is the best device yet. Imo
Thanks Ray!

Connect DD-1 to amplifier output. Use 0dB track to find head unit limit, then find EQS limit, then use your choice of overlap tracks (-5dB or -10dB) and set the amplifier limit
-
So what was the problem? My DD1 is doing the same thing now, I've tried emailing Tony twice now with no response. I understand you guys are busy so I'm not stressed over it, but I'd like to get this tool working properly again.
I haven't seen any emails. I'll be glad to help you though. Per Steve's comment about the manual, our customer service email address is on the back page [email protected] or my personal email is [email protected] We check these and respond to all emails daily. Let us know what is going on so we can get it handled for you.

I was having some voltage issues with my ride, specifically, SPIKES, and i grabbed SNAFU, (Tony C) for a hand, the first thing he told me was, "do not look at your "volt display unit", Its to slow, grab your fluke, and use the MIN/MAX feature and report back to me.... Long story short........
He was (as always) right, especially on the repair, and im back on track,...... Great product guys.... again,... im all over this one..... Is there a sneak pic of the top case of the unit?? I understand the tooling is in the works,... but, come one!?!?!.. what will it look like????....
SNAFU knows what he's talkin about
