For clarity, they're rated for 600W/ea, correct? Guess I SHOULD order one to replace my RF, and put the AQ1200 down to 1ohm

Yes, they are rated at 600w R.M.S.
I DO NOT recommend you go anything over that as that voids warranty and what not.
But, if it were me, I would do so while being sure to keep a very close eye on voicecoil temps and excursion so as not to damage the woofer.
