OK, so i plan to have 2 comp. sets in each door (6 1/2) and maybe a super tweet in each as well. How would that work as far as wiring it up to the 175.4? Like each set to each channel? Also, what would be some recommended comp. sets to run off the 175.4? something that could handle the power from such a beastly 4 channel. lol

yeah i heard compustar's products being a bit pricey and a little outta my price range. if i had the dough, id look into it forsure. The main thing to me though is where is the best place to get it installed? i just don't want an amateur dealing with my car/alarm. ya feel me? obviously its different for each location though on where to go

I pulled out my deck today to check the fuze that is conected to the back. Turns out that was the fuze that blew. Replaced it and now everything is back in buisness. Thanks for all the help though y'all!

Checked the fuzes in the hood. There all good. Is there a fuze behind the deck? Or an inline fuze or something. With a deck like this you would think there would be a protect or something instead of just frying it. Any aideas?

alright sounds good. ill try this.Also, I'd whip out the multimeter and see if you're getting power to constant and acc if the fuses are a no-go. You'd more than likely see a popped one in the relay though.

i'll have to check this out, thankscheck fuses under the hood labeled "stereo" or something like that. check onboard fuse on headunit.

yes. i know this but ive held down the power button and nothing happened. ive messed with it for a while to and just nothing.When you unhook your car battery with an Alpine, on mine at least, you have to hit power or standby for it to turn on.
Hopefully it'll be the same for you.

Ok, so im a dumbass and hook up my batt up wrong with pos and neg switched ( installed an xs batt today and the pos and neg were opposite of my stock battery). this lead to a spark and now when i turn my car on, my headunit will not turn on! any ideas why? did i blow a fuze or did i fry my deck? -thanks

Very nice. real clean too! You should have NO problem finding a good H/O Alt for your chevy. Mechman and singer are good companies. Check them out and see whats the Biggest alt they make for your ride.what kind of car bro?!

Couple runs of 0awg, Big 3, H/O alt, high preform batt up front and atleast 1 in rear, ect. what kind of car bro?!

The build I'm currently doing with 2k on lvl 4 12's exceeds 3k.. the only way u could do something like a 6k build for your budget would to go with cheap equipment, and that would be a waste of $.
