There is a remote wire by the looks of the pics - the white one
If I cut the cord is there also a remote wire? Or is it just a positive and negative wire?FYI: feel free to cut the cord for custom installs - no need to worry about the warranty, we still cover any manufacturer related issues that won't come up!

Same problem happened to me. Lasted about a week, and then they just broke off just like in those pics. Went with aluminum bars and never looked back.
Same here. Lasted bout a week and failed. Went with toolmaker battery terminals and never failed again........

A little status update......
Subs will be here later this week but in the meantime i decided to try and make the amp look a little sexier lol

My level 4's shipped out yesterday and will be here next week so I can finish this build

Yea I def dont want that lol. I already put some wood between the rod and battery casing so that it doesnt rub a hole in it.

Finally felt good enough to make some more progress. Got my amps back from my repair guy. Sold one of them but still got the other one. On to the pics.....
Used spray on bed liner for my box. That s@#t was messy lol
Decided to start the amp rack....
Also decided to put black carpet down too
Just waiting on my level 4's now so I can finish lol

Bout time u put in work lol. It was a sad day selling those amps but when he had both going, damnit they slammed his BTLs into the ground lol. How thick are those bars, they look a bit thin, unless its the angle of the camera. I say go with xls, that way u can upgrade power plants in the future if u decide to wall it
Lol they are 1/4 in thick. Is that sufficient?
