    any one have any suggestions ..for a good price..not looking into buyin more FI's or AA's sumthin cheaper! they are getting used in an install for my buddies first system..2 18's walled in a mazda..

    yeah these trucks love the SPL..im in the middle of doing a wall build in a little mazda right now...2 18's on around 10krms..will be fun!

    my subsonic is set to 25hz.... Which would mean your box needs be tuned at 27-28Hz to be effective...and there is no way the port is 45" long to yield a 27Hz tuning I'd suggest getting an adjustable filter. lol my box is tuned to 28hz... OOhh and FYI port dimensions=9x23x37... how many cubes is the box? well id half to dig up old google sketch up plans but i believe 12cuft..

    what vehicle is that? 98 explorer what are the specs on the box? i believe that old box was 11 or 12 cuft..31hz and 160ishSQ"of port..

    lol i know hey... ill add baffle this sunday..more bracing n call it a day.. because we allknow fibeglass is better then bracing and fiberglass gives u 10db gain................:/ does he need to glass it? no. does he need bracing all around?hell yeah he does lol i would really if anything stick some 2x4s in there i have 2x4's in there i guess ill have to add more

    thanks for the feedback guys...i am new to the car audio game..b 4 this i was running sum type R's LOL...but i am a true basshead! that box there needs lots of work..needs far more bracing etc..if it wasnt pissing rain all week i would be fixing that shit..LOL..next build this summer= 4 18" N2's 2 AB500.1's.. 6 batts n a couple 270xp H/o's
