i currently have a box thats nearly identical to those dimensions with an XLM2
except mines 3.8 port width tuned to 32Hz
ill let you know the numbers i put out after saturday

it is if i remember correctly a XL with a non vented bottom plate, different spider set up maybe, or something around that realm. Pretty sure the bottom plate doesnt have a hole in it.
yes no pole vent at base of motor for max motor pressure
btw is this sub for sale?

Very nice... They have really stiff suspension, so they aren't the most efficient sub but with the right power they are moving nicely and sound clean.

Do you want to know what you get get on a Level 4 or XL? They are 2 different subs.
what upgrades available for lvl4 m2?

Id like to thank you guys at dc once again for everything this weekend. I finally achieved my goal this weekend. Did a 155.5@29hz sealed on the dash.
Rusty, amazingly designed subs, Rob taking the time to make the soft parts work, Anna for sewing the quad tinsil leads and John helping me get the subs in the box!
You guys are running an amazing business there, keep up the A+ work!!

I have had my one M1 level 5 for a bit over a year now and running it on a Soundstream XXX-6500 amp . I'm super happy with it. Right now hitting 149.4 dB on the termlab.

Umm i never thought of taking any video but i guess i could.. it's not a pretty setup i'm still working on it.
For now i can give you details of what i have for gear:
Build is in a 1999 Neon 4 door
NSB 75 battery
4/0 Welding cable (power and ground from batt to the ss amp)
all grounds and power upgraded under the hood 4/0 welding
One 12" Dc Audio m1 level 5
Sub amp is a soundstream xxx-6500
Deck is the new 2012 JVC KD-A95BT
Internal speaker JVC 5 way 6x9's , doors 6.5" 4 ways hx series
Internal running right now on a AB 4 ch amp like 120some watts RMS per ch. amp (want the Dc audio 4 ch amp)
Changed the alt to a bit higher alt but nothing to exciting. lol
Thats about it i think.I know there is probably more exciting installs but right my goal is 150dB and i'm very close
I live in Nova Scotia , Canada and right now in my area i'm the loudest in Street A . Really as far as i know i'm the loudest in the maritimes lolI know ppl in Ontatio are hitting crazy numbers and would like to be up there but i would be super happy to hit 150 every time.
