They just pulled up, we were standing on his property. I didn't have a beer in my hand( i don't drink) But they still gave me a ticket. I tried calling the watch commander right after getting the ticket so they could blood test me, but they wouldn't do it.

Does anyone know what kinda charges this is?

Any way i can fight it? Do i gotta get an attorney?
