    Thinking about adding some midbass drivers to my g6. the factory rear doors have no speakers so i may add mid bass with factor covers to make it look clean. I will run it off a 175.4 any ideas on midbass. budget 50-150 we'lll say i know you have to do alot to achieve mid bass but im doing it to get louder music and just to try something new. i will also throw a tweeter in there too.

    when i had that amp i had the LP filter at around 80. subsonic was 1/4 the way (32hz) gain i had 5/8 but gain should be set properly .

    well i only ask because it is my first car, and to get my next car im probaly going to have to sell this one.

    probaly the aq's because aparently g6s arent loud with aero ports out the side. WHICH is what a box designer told me to do >;(

    I guess it is a personal prefrence. Underpowering CAN be just as bad as over powering. when you say underpowering you are referring to the rms correct? well i usually only match rms or correctly overpower so IMO i would say no. Ask yourself why would you want to underpower something, you paid for it why not get the full use of it. If its to loud turn the volume down?
