  1. While driving, when the amps shut off, I would pop the head unit back in and the amps would SOMETIMES turn back on. When I hit a bump or accelerated a little harder, the amps would turn OFF again. They didn't always turn back ON. But where is the issue? Hmm...
  2. Yeah they're both connected to a distribution block. I'll try that with the remote wires..
  3. In my 2002 Maxima, I'm running a p400-4 and a p1000. Everything has been going good untl recently when BOTH amps starting shutting off out of no where at the SAME time. When I pop the head unit out and back in again, they will BOTH turn ON at the SAME time again. Then shut off again while driving. This is getting annoying, there really isn't a specific amount of time it gets shut off in.. What could be wrong? This is really annoying
  4. I drive a 2002 Maxima and I just threw on a set of g35 18's. I got my fenders rolled yesterday and it's not rubbing as much but there's a part of the bumper that sticks out past the back of the wheel well that makes the wheel rub over bumps. I have no idea what to do about this because I don't think it can be cut, then it would just make the bumper hang off because that's there it's connected to the rest of the car. Help!
  5. http://www.rockfordfosgate.com/products/product_details.aspx?itemid=223191 Looks good..Can't believe I didn't look into rockford first lol
  6. There would have to be some fabrication done to the panel and I just don't have the time right now. I've looked into it but I can't seem to find anything that meets my needs.
  7. What are some 6.5 coaxial speakers that have good output and decent sound quality in my budget? I purchased a nice set of comps for the front but I do tend to have passengers in the back and I'd like to let them hear at least a bit of the tunes lol. My budget is about $200.
  8. Trying this later.. We'll see how it goes
  9. Alright so I'll give you guys a timeline of how everything went down. To start off: * It's a Rockford Fosgate P1000 1bd Amp * and 2 Rockford Fosgate 10" P3 Dual 4ohm Subs * They are wired parallel 1. On Monday, I took one of the P3's out that needed to be repaired. 2. After taking it out, I still had one P3 that was hooked up to the amp. 3. Me being a dumbass, I decide to start turning up the volume. 4. While listening, I get a phone call. 5. I pause the song from my iPod and answer the phone. 6. I get done on the phone and I turn the music on but now the sub has a faint sound to it and eventually, it goes off. 7. I get into my trunk and see that the amp's "power" blue led light is flashing. 8. I called Rockford today and they said there is no indicator for a flashing power light. 9. The other sub is now back and wired the same exact way it was before. 10. The amp will NOT power on at all... 11. My voltage is fine and I have no idea what's going on..
