So I'm about to buy these rims, and tires off my buddy for 400 bucks since he got in a car accident. I'm curious as to what they would look like on my car but I only have one HUGE picture of the rim and a small picture of my car at a strange angle.. I'm horrible at photoshop was curious if anyone was able to set them in place for me to get an idea? Any helps appreciated even if it's in paint haha.
EDIT: Damnit wrong section forgot there was a Photoshop section my apologies.

Why risk running it at .5 get a amp that pushes the power at 1 ohm...
-
The weight of the box, sub, amp, wires is what lowers the gas mileage
-
Also any estimate on pricing
-
That's sick, I wanna see all 4k to it

oh well, my new car is so much bettter looking.
Looks are good too don't listen to one way.. Least mines gunna be louder wensday:)

and that's why I'll only buy a hatch lmao thanks mani dont have sigs turned on but output will be 3 to 4db lower most of the time in a good hatch setup transfered over to a trunk.
Being that I never have done termlab is that a noticeable difference? Or slightly?
that would be extremely noticeable

I agree Torres Calculator is very helpful but I also like to use this http://reaudio.com/box.php
Let me Know how you get on.
The RE calculator is inaccurate, use the torres calculator. Tuning is all within the port.
-
Go into the subwoofer/enclosure part of the forums and download the Torres calculator.

As Robert said, below the steering wheel usually on the left there are fuses, see the fuse box for the one set for the radio. Also make sure you didn't pop any fuses within the amplifier.

EDIT: Nevermind, ground is sanded, and bolted tight?
-
Yes for the two top baffles just put glue on it, put them together and put something heavy on them.
-
^ but why take out the screws rather than leave them for a tad more strength? Just curiousI put mine together with screws to hold it in place until the glue dries, than I take the screws out.
No reason to use silicone unless you are trying to fill in a huge gaping hole in the box, in which case, ditch the box and try again. That's a significant structural weakness.
Oh, and the fumes from the silicone can degrade the surround.

Joe so what ypyr sayin is the box is good i dont need to rebuild ?
You should know better than anyone it can say whatever on paper but what's factual and real is what matters. 45s then still making noise talk to ram he designed it he should know better than anyone man.
Assuming it is the port.
-
should i use a pvc pipe and cut it up or are you refuring to TheNewbie ?
Believe he was referring to me. Your design. Consisted of 45s that's what was calculated in with everything I'd use those so you get the correct area and tuning you were trying to get.
-
Wow.. That place was set up as a joke right?
-
resin if you can stand up the box on its edge you can use gravity and resin to do that.
Heres another though. Ask anyone whos big into getting loud. Ask them what they think about 45s. You'll find almost no one has them. funny how that works.
I'll def look into the resin thank you sir I suppose wouldn't be enough to effect the volume to much Anyways I don't mean to get off topic OP I'd say once you put the resin it or put 45s since that is what it's calculated with port noise should be less if that's what it is.
-
about the 45s? I just dont think they are the greatest thing since sliced bread. If you want to round a corner out thats fine. this is not rounding it actually just adds another angle in. Round is good. angles are bad.
It also adds nothing for strength which alot of people think it does.
I see.. This does help the air flow better than no 45s tho right? What could you use that's round for corners?
-
if its supposed to have 45s and those were calculated for volume then you are probably a little bigger than 2.4 which will elevate your tuning and then lower your port per sq in as well. if it was designed with the 45s you need to have the 45s. I think 45s are gay but thats me.
Why do you think that? Heard they could lower your score but I suppose that would depend from application to application. Just curious your reasoning for it.

2/0 got to make sure it has a good connection...

Thats kinda how I'm feeling. What would you pay for a used ZX350.4 (its the older model by the way)???
With how his is? Or how he thinks it is... used meh 100, then again pricing does varry from person to person
-
buy a kill switch for it
Or you can do this.. I also did this for my amp, will come in handy.
-
Well i got a good working 350.4 for sale it mite be cheap to get mind than the other guy because you got to buy his send it to fix and that can be weeks my soon as you pay have it in the mail be there in about three days hook it up and you good to go
You can't sell, also you completely twisted my mind around, and then back around. OP I think he wired it incorrectly.. Meh, if it's THAT CHEAP then I'd just unplug the remote wire whenever I got out.
Photoshop help.
