Depends, is your stock battery sealed or vented? Is your stock battery location actually inside your vehicle? If the battery is vented DO NOT put them in your vehicle. Doing so will expose you to gasses that can kill you when you breathe them in and you cant smell the gas either from what ive been told.
The main stock battery is close to the engine outside of the car. it is vented more then likely

The alt will charge multiple batteries and you hook up multiple batteries + to + and - to - in parallel.
I'm keeping the stock battery inside my car to start it on and off. will there be any problems?

I just sealed mine today. If you face it forward, you don't want any air getting to the trunk, or you'll have cancellation.
See the panels on the sides of the box? You need to seal all the way around the box and also the rear deck.
I like the way you have yours good sir. I want it just like that. I believe it sounds better faced forward but enh. With that being said, is it alright if I use this picture to represent the type of box I would like to use?

if you seal them off from the trunk then they will be louder facing forward. otherwise face the towards the trunk

I hear that people say facing the subs toward the cabin of your car is best for a trunk install, then i hear others say, face it towards the trunk. I personally want to hear everyones input on this. I planned on getting 2 FI BL's in a 2001 4dr focus with a box tuning of 32hz. Is it good to have em pointed forwards or backwards or up down right left?

I think if thats what you can afford, go for it. If thats what you want, keep the subs. You dont have to change subs you just need a great box

No I wont get pissed. I keep hearing audio shops around my area can fit 2 15's in the trunk properly. they said probably not with the 18s but i was going tomorrow to see what they thought of it. I just seek wisdom and understanding

You cannot fit 2 18s into a trunk if it was sealed they would still be a tight squese
you will beable to get louder with a pair of 12s or even 4 10s
am i cutting it by having 2 15s?

just do 15s 18s isnt anything but a size. wheni think about it id probably just do some 12s honestly
why just 12's? I mean I really like 15's but i really just want 18s if i can fit em

my issue was whether or not i even needed to use a battery isolator or not. what do you car guys mostly use? better yet, where would i put it at?
