  1. Bass, hmmmmmm..................Well last month I was on a land job in Woodville, Texas & there was a lake on the property where we were drilling. I snuck away from the rig & borrowed this boat I found in the weeds next to the lake. My buddy & I used some old brooms to paddle around the lake! We went fishing while we were supposed to be @ the rig working! It oficially kicked ass! We got paid to go fishing! I love my job!!!

  2. Well this job has it's good points. Right now I make about $1,200 a week after taxes. I might stay out here for 3 or 4 weeks at a time but when I get home I have a few weeks off to do whatever I want. When I am out here I have no expenses! My only expense is driving to the boat dock or heliport & I get paid $0.53 per mile. All my food is paid for out here. They serve 4 meals a day, all you can eat. Steak on Tuesday & Saturday, Seafood day if Friday, Fried Chicken on Sunday. They do all your laundry for you. They make your bed every day, clean your room, ect. Free Satelite TV, Internet, Pool table, ping pong, you can fish when your shift is over. It's really a pretty sweet job! If you really think about it, I come out really good with no daily expenses. No driving back & forth to work every day, ect. Sometimes it kinda sucks being out here for such a long time but it is well worth it when I get home & I can sleep late every day & do whatever I want on my days off.

  3. Check this out. I work offshore in the Gulf of Mexico on oil rigs as a mud logger. Right now I am on a rig named The Herculeus 200 (formerly Todco 200) about 35 miles off the coast of Venice, Louisiana. Well we get on & off the rig by using the crane & a personel basket. The crane picks up the personel basket & you stand on it, hang on & the crane lifts you up on the rig. Kinda fun too. Anyway, I was lifted onto this rig 2 days ago by this very same crane. Some guys were leaving today & the crane was swinging in to pick up the personel basket when the crane boom fell! I think the brake or clutch failed on the crane but either way it's fucked up! Keep in mind that if this would have happened 2 minutes later 4 men would be dead! Just another day in the oil field! Enjoy the pics.

  4. anybody noe why the amp would dim so much?? thats not an rca issue is it??the sound almost fades when it hu\its the 35hz and below tones...

sounds like bad batteries or alt problem, but if you say the voltage is the same as it was then I dunno? swap rca jacks for sure. double check the voltage @ the amp! Are these dual voice coil woofers? could it be possible that a wire came off of one of the coils? check the subs for a bad or broken lead to the coils. If it is a ported box be sure to check for something covering the port. I know that sounds stupid but you never know?

  5. I purchased 2 of these off of ebay yesterday.

    Inline Volt/Amp meter

Well the seller sent me an email explaining that the item was out of stock & is now sending me this inline Amp/Volt meter/ ANL fuse holder with 100 amp fuses as a replacement for no additional cost.

ANL fuse holder / Amp/Volt meter

I just thought I would pass it along to you guys. I have been unable to find these anywhere else on the internet. The only thing I can seem to find is inline products that read either voltage or amperage, not both, certainly not at the same time. To me the fuse holder was kinda like a free upgrade.

  6. I have my own buisness in Lake Charles, Louisiana. I have had a website for about a year. I haven't really done anything to it. It's pretty plain to say the least. Anyway, when I got the site I planned on building it myself. Well I soon figured out that I don't have the time or the skills to do it on my own. So I enlisted a guy that I work with to help me out. It's been 6 months & I haven't seen any results from him either. I need professional help!!! I need a web designer to revamp my site & make it alot easier for me to update it. The guy who I thought was gonna build it for me has just been dragging his ass & I have some software that he needed. I have a copy of flash 8 & dreamweaver 8 which I have no fucking clue how to use! They do me no good what so ever! I'll gladly give up the software & pay for someone to hook my site up. Please respond if you have interest in helping me out or if you can point me in the right direction. you can either post here, pm me or email me directly [email protected]

The website in question is www.3rdcoastcustoms.net
