Yeah it's all powered by the HU, but we unhooked the speakers in the back doors to see if it makes a difference and it doesn't do it anymore. So any ideas about that?

Does your headunit shut off also?
No it's jsut when the doors lock the sound cuts out for about 3 seconds then come back on but the HU stays on.

On our '02 dodge ram, when the doors lock it makes the sound cut out and one of the dome lights flashes. we didnt find anything that was shorting it out and everything seemed to be hooked up right. any sugestions?

This is my 4 year old lab, about 130lbs.

Go to an empty parking lot and make your self lose control and learn how to gain it back, learn how your vehicle handles in the snow. don't over correct the steering, if your back end starts to swing out then steer the opposite way it is going, just slight turn of the wheel will do alot, dont slam on the breaks because it will lock up and you will lose it. just go slower and start to slow down for a stop or turn way before normal.
I took drivers training in the winter, we had lots of snow and i was the only one in my class that didnt lose controll.

I never heard of some of these subs you are talking about.So far I'm considering the fi btl, mach5 spl-15, I would consider soundstream but the amps I will be using are .5 ohm stable, I'm also looking at the solo x 18 but I'm afraid that 2000 watts might run it but it won't be enough to sound good.
Do you have a budget? If so, people on here might be able to help you out a little bit more.

Yep michigan sucks when it comes to winters they put alot of salt. we should use sand like some other states, we have so damn much
we do use a shitton of salt. the salt they put on the roads has sand mixed in it. we have to use salt though to melt the ice and the sand helps with traction.

First, look into a chip to gain some power. the exhaust and intake. then turbo it. that should help her out

Your dead on with those candles, those things take ALL the wax out. if you use them, have someone help you hold the candle and catch some of the ash that falls.
they sell them in nail saloons around here or those types of places i dont know where they are around you buy he might be right about ebay.

Ear Candles. You can find them on EBAY. will clean it all out, you will be shocked with how much ear wax is in them.
