  1. Thanks for the comments guys. Still not sure on what the color might end up as, but still a lot of time to think about that. Insurance cast are pretty bad ass, $129 for 6 months full coverage, and $44 for storage and comp. Car definitely has a lot of power, can smoke the tires first, second, and third gear with out the pedal all the way down and not using the brakes at all. I'm very happy that I decided to buy this car. Anyone that has any ideas, or experience with restoring classic cars feel free to add any info, thoughts, or ideas.

  2. Bought this 1967 Pontiac GTO off a guy I work for. I drove it a few weeks ago for my brothers wedding and decided I had to have it. Needs some body work and interior work. Originally from Arizona and been stored inside since it was brought up to Michigan, so not very much rust on it at all. Motor was rebuilt a few years ago and runs great, starts right up every time. 400 cubic inch motor. Going to drive it over summer then start to work on it over next winter. Plan is to fix all the body work and paint it black, redo all of the chrome trims, all black interior, new gauges but keeping the original look, all black leather, and hopefully a nice SQ system.

    I'll have more pics soon.

Thanks man, it was my first time carpeting a box. I watched a few vids on how to do it, and I have lied carpet in houses many times so I did the seems the same way you would for that.

    looks good, any videos?

I have a before vid, but it's not good at all.

This looks real good man nice job

    Thanks

looks real nice man. I didnt know D9s could take that much...or are they wired to a different load? like the amps too

They're wired at 1ohm, he has had them in there like that for over two years and never had a problem.

box def looks better than the two single ones, man u guys went glue crazy lol Hows it sound?

Figured you can never have too much glue lol. It sounds good, hits the lows and gets loud. Almost got a hair trick with my hair and it was soaked in sweat.
