  2. Yes there is a best placement. Its vehicle specific so what are you driving? Do subs up & ports back for hatches & suvs and subs & ports back in a trunk.

the vehicle is a trailblazer with ( shamefully) only 2- 12" mtx subs for a buddy. I had thought that I heard the ports should be placed on the same plane as the subs to get a mutual coupling with the subs and the port output and asssumed that was a correct statement because I remember seeing some JL boxes with the port on the sub plane.

  3. well thanks for the patience with my question guys, I have asked that question at shows or even on other ( hate to say it cause none compare now that I found this one) forums and all I get is mostly wise cracks and bs. I think that alot of people ( not here) think that because they see some stuff done on tv or even in mags that it doesnt take much effort or time so when a dollar amount is thrown at them they're like - shoot I can do that, little do they know. anyway I am glad I found this site.

  4. Hello, I am new here and I am totally amazed at the work. I always see custom systems ya know on tv, magazines and shows. These are slightly over the top and one thing I always wonder is how much does a person charge for a job like the caddy and howlong does a job like that take. I might get some punches here for asking but I just had to ask. I can say one thing DAMMMMMN.
