anyone know photoshop and can give me an idea of what it would look like?
-
Id probably tint the windows first. Lowered car with no tinted windows would look weird.
thats on my list too.
-
just checked and they will fit without having to roll the fenders. im only going for like a 1.5" or 2" drop anyways
-
Unless the pics are playing tricks on my eyes you'll have to roll your fenders if you lower it due to the offset of your wheels. With that car and wheel combo I wouldn't do it. Even if you roll your fenders you'll probably rub when you hit a bump.
that all depends on how low i decide to go.

It depends on how many miles are on the car and how long you plan on owning/driving it. I only modify low-mileage cars so I can enjoy the money I spent for a while, you will never get it back.
it has 94,000 miles on it and I plan on lowering it then saving and getting like a GMC Yukon or Chevy Tahoe and using my Stratus as an extra car.

There's an idea.

I'm thinking about lowering my 99 Stratus and want to see what it would look like dropped about 2 inches. The picture is old and right now I have the same rims just painted black. So if someone could show what it would look like lowered and also any opinions on if you think it would look nice or not.
Here are a couple pics :

Any pics of the final product?

I'm thinking about painting my chrome rims to black. I love the style of these rims but the chrome does'nt go too well with my car color. So if anyone could photo-shop them so they look black so I can see if I like it or not I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!!!

any suggestions on what kind of tweeters i should get???
-
h600's?
nope. Diamond Audio DA6.6's. My uncle used them in his system like 8 years ago and asked me if I wanted them. Still sound super clean and can handle some pretty good wattage.
-
Got my Diamond Audio 6.5" Mids installed in the doors today along with the amp that is pushing them. Its an Alpine MRP-F240. I have the Diamond Audio's on one channel and I'm gonna get some tweeters to put in the spots next to the 6.5's. Give me some suggestions on Tweeters and let me know what you think.

Those rims are looking great on that car, but now your headlights look bad. Man, the rims really standout nice.
yeah i have HID's to shine through it but I am getting new lenses pretty soon

anything else???

I recently got a new set of rims. Just put them on today after cleaning them up. They are Panther 18's, chrome of course. They are used and have just a little bit of curb rash but not noticeable unless you look for it. The thing that caught my eye is that they have all four brand new tires. Next up is some tint and then I start the long journey of saving up for a truck. Either gonna be a Cummins or a Powerstroke. Not sure which yet. Anyways here are a few pics I took after I got off work today.

yeah i used channel locks. I will probly be getting a new lug for it.

slow day at work = Kinetik HC1200 all wired up. Pics later tonight!!!!!

and wrap a radiator strap around the battery and screw into the wood. that thing will slide back and forth all day if you dont.
its not going anywhere. the side of the trunk has a notch that sticks out so it is wedged between the notch and the fender well and wedged between the wall and the front piece of board. only way to take it out is lift it up out.
Should I lower my car???
