Have you considered an aero port? Costs a little more to start off but its cheaper than rebuilding your box a few times to get it just right.

I believe your current design has too much port length imo which is another reason why I say go for an aero if this is truly a strictly burp oriented box.

6inch aeroport tuned in a 4cubic foot box, the port area per foot is very small

It's not just small, it's tiny.

With the power you have you will probably keep gaining even with a 10" aero.

This is a system with similar power and woofer size to what you have and it gained with a 10" over an 8" aero.
