I'm leaning towards option B at the moment.. Most likely, option a would get quite a bit louder though. I just build the current box for my single 15 and don't have the sufficient space/tools to build another box, especially a larger one at that. I'm thinking buy my welding wire, and acquire a nice sub woofer in the f/s section. Should I do this, or wait until I can build a new box? (This is also the more expensive option)

Well, this is my dilemma.. I'm planning on upgrading sub woofers to get full potential out of my Brutus @ 1 ohm. At the moment my only options are add another D4 15 to get a final impedance of 1 ohm. Or, buy a better 15 and wire it in series. I know the 2 15's will get louder, but a quality DC sub woofer might somehow compete. I'm just getting my electrical set up before I make a sub decision (Which I am pondering as well).

How large of a fuse would you recommend?

Hello everyone! NEW PICTURES ON PAGE 3!! I have a 2003 Subaru Outback. The low end equipment I currently have installed is; 1 Alpine Type R 15 (D4), Hifonics Brutus brz1700.1d @2 ohms, Auxiliary Stinger battery, Stinger and Rockford 4 gauge with big 2 done, and a 4 cubic ft box tuned to 35hz. I'm thinking about adding another run of 4 gauge to save myself the cost of buying 0/1 as i'm very low in funds. How would I go about with fusing? Right now, I have a 100 amp fuse between the batteries, and a 150 amp fuse between the second battery and stock alt. I can take pictures if needed.. Thanks!

This amp only does 500 at 1ohm?
