As some of you may know I just purchased a new 04 z71 tahoe a few weeks ago:) I wanted to get some new sound so I ordered the Corsa sport exhaust system for it. Cost a pretty penny for the system but well worth it imo. Sounds great and gets pretty loud(camera doesn't do it justice). I also get zero drone on the highway when I'm at cruising speeds which is what I really like. Here is a little clip.

underrated at 2500wrms @ 2ohm. puts out between 2500-3000. I bought it used and never got a birthsheet. She is a beast of an amp!!! It pounded the DCs quite well

I was having a chat with a coworker. He says it will beat a stock c6 z06 no probs. his dad's stock buick also runs low 10s in the 1/4 mile. I knew the GNs were fast but not that fast!!

I have another clip that I can upload later but this one that I just put up. Its an 02 vette, 6spd, blackwing intake , Borla stinger exhaust to quad 4in tips, LS1 edit. Not to bad for a 52yr young lady:)
Please excuse the prefab box, my mother doesn't want me to build her one. It still sounds nice though give a little bump in the trunk

excuse me if i'm wrong here(i probably am), but wouldnt clipping cause thermal damage i.e. VC related. that just seems like the sub was pushed past its mechanical limits and ripped the cone.

the truck is a deeep green I'm really diggin it. As far as the system is planned I'm using the (4) 15" level 3s from my previous tahoe. you can check the vids in the video section. They get nice and loud whiling sounding great at the same time!!

Been in love with the style of the z71s ever since I saw one years ago. I got sick of the 95' so today I went to the stealership and traded in the old one for an 04 fully loaded z71 tahoe!!!

twigz i hate to tell you this but your amp might be shot when you modd those amps theres a 50/50 for the power supply to fail i have had a lot of mmats amps sent back because the protection is disabled so you might have to send in the amp and get them to detune it its about 125.00
i have one dhc300 sitting around just incase one of my 1400.1 burn up then i have two that isnt modded that way i can just bump a little just because the turn around time isnt that great
I hatethat about mmats. My buddy has run a couple of their amps. When they go into protect you gotta send them in and it takes awhile to get them back to you:(. You're smart though by keeping some spares around:)

Box is 14.4 cuft tuned to 33hz with 200sqin of port. Everything is ran off a single KX2500.1@ 2ohms. I'm only runnin the stock 100amp alt and stock battery so i have the gain set super low so I don't get any dimming. Im waiting for some money to come through. Other than that I have (2)runs of 1/0gauge to the back and big 3 done in 1/0 as well.

haha so did I after i watched it. My camera battery was flashing red and about to shut off, so i was trying to hurry and get the clip before i had to leave for work
